I will be trekking the Atlas Mountains over five days in April 2024 · 12 April 2024

We’re leading the fight for a future where all young minds are supported and empowered, whatever the challenges. We’re here to make sure children and young people get the best possible mental health support and have the resilience to overcome life’s difficulties. Join our fight.

Story

The number of young people that are experiencing a mental health issue has significantly increased over the last three years.

From first hand experience, the existing support infrastructure is crippling. The NHS is doing its best - but from personal experience, the demand is far outweighing the support currently available.

If we don't tackle this endemic of the challenges of mental health with our young today, I believe that society as a whole will suffer the consequences tomorrow.

Charities like YoungMinds are doing an incredible job. But they need our support and funding.

I am attempting to trek the Atlas Mountains in April 2024 to raise vital funds for YoungMinds.

YoungMinds is the UK's leading charity championing the wellbeing and mental health of children and young people. Driven by their experience, YoungMinds creates change so that children and young people can cope with life's adversities, find help when needed and succeed in life.

Please support in any way you can.
