I lost both of my parents within a few months of each other to Alzheimer's.. It's a dreadful debilitating disease.. It's true to say you lose your loved ones twice..

On May 24th 2025 together with Alli (my wife) and two friends, we will aim to complete the Trek26 Northumberland walk to raise much needed funds to ease the plight of those less fortunate... So we'll be walking 26 miles (to be completed in under 10 hours).. Plasters at the ready!
