On 8th March 2026, I’ll be running the Inverness Half Marathon for my dad, Allan, who is living with Alzheimer’s disease.

Alzheimer’s is a progressive neurological disease that affects memory, thinking, and daily functioning. It has a significant impact not only on those diagnosed, but also on their loved ones.

I’m running to honour my dad and to raise funds for vital research, care, and support for families affected by Alzheimer’s. Every step I take is for him.
