Heather and I are doing a group walk as part of the March of the Day II in aid of MND. We will be walking from Colchester to Ipswich Town FC, in support of Marcus Stewart, Stephen Darby and the Darby Rimmer MND Foundation.

As a speech and language therapist Heather and her wonderful colleagues have seen first hand how this rapidly progressing condition takes away people’s ability to speak and swallow. This cruel disease doesn't discriminate! This is for every single one of them and their beautiful families ❤️
