In April 2026, I will be taking on the huge challenge of running the London Landmarks Half Marathon for a special cause.

This will be my 5th half-marathon and now I am 60 and semi-retired I am hoping to maintain my fitness by continuing to run regularly and support great causes at the same time.

The MS Trust is a fantastic organisation that provides expert support for every MS for every day.
