John died by suicide in 2022, aged just 25. He was the son of James and Carmel, brother to Elizabeth and Robert.

On Saturday 01 May 2027, in what would have been his thirtieth year, his family and friends are coming together for a ball in his memory at the Village Hotel in Headingley, Leeds: dinner, a live band, a raffle, and a room full of people who loved him.

Everything we raise goes to Mind, the mental health charity. Their work is there for people like John, and for everyone who loves someone who is struggling.
