I've committed to rowing 5000m every day in November in support of Dementia UK.

Many of us, including myself, have experienced the impact that dementia can have on loved ones and our families.

Yet dementia is not a normal part of ageing, it is caused by a disease. As yet, there is no cure.

Thank you for your help as I aim to raise at least £500 to support dementia care and research through the work of Dementia UK.
