On 19th April, John is setting off on an incredible challenge: cycling the length of the UK from Land’s End to John o’ Groats — better known as LEJOG.

He’s aiming to complete the entire journey in just two weeks — covering huge distances day after day.

And here’s what makes it even tougher… he’s doing it on a fixed wheel bike. That means no gears at all — every climb, every mile, powered purely by strength, stamina, and determination. No easing off on the hills!

John is taking on this challenge to raise money for the Friends of Steiner Academy Hereford, supporting the school community and helping to provide valuable opportunities and experiences for the children.

This is a huge physical and mental challenge, and every donation — big or small — will make a real difference. Your support will help keep John going when the days are long and the legs are tired.
