Inspired by my eldest daughter who ran the London Marathon in April 2024, I threw my name into the ballot for 2024.

Out of 850,000 people that applied for a ballot space, I was very surprised and excited to receive a place as I have always wanted to run a marathon.

I have decided to raise money for a very worthwhile charity, Helen Rollason Cancer Charity.

I also have 9 months to go from couch potato to a highly tuned athlete...!
