Our Senior pupils (Year 7 - Sixth Form) are taking part in our annual charity Swimathon. To celebrate John Lyon School's 150th anniversary, we are aiming to raise £1,500 in support of Brain Tumour Research.

By partnering with this charity, we hope to help increase awareness for young people, in memory of Joshua Beresford-Smart (OL 2020).

Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer, yet just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this devastating disease since records began in 2002.
