If you know me you might have heard me ramble on about my Appalachian Trail and Cape Wrath Trail hikes or my half marathon in the Arctic Circle, or more recently about an impending 50k ultra in Morocco. I love the physical challenge of these adventures, I love the mental barriers you break through when trying to finish. This will probably be the hardest challenge yet, but thankfully I'm running in a group of some of my oldest friends. We're raising money for Blood Cancer UK, an incredible charity doing great work.
