This year, I've decided to do something different for my birthday. Instead of receiving gifts or money, I want to give back to an amazing cause that's close to my heart.

Womb cancer is a disease that not many people have heard of, but it took the life of my beautiful grandmother. A woman who was extremely healthy and if it wasn’t for this horrible disease, she would’ve had many years ahead of her! My grandmother was someone I looked up to; a truly inspirational and loving woman!

That's why I want to raise money on her behalf for the Peaches Womb Cancer Trust. I don’t want others to suffer the way she did, or for families to experience the agonising heartbreak of losing someone close to them for a cancer which should be treatable!

I mean, did you know that womb cancer is the most common of the gynaecological cancers?! I’m deadly serious - with nearly 9000 cases every year in the UK alone - womb cancer gains the LEAST attention and publicity compared with other gynaecological cancers! I think it’s about time WE change the narrative and give this cancer the attention it deserves!

The Peaches Womb Cancer Trust is the only charity in the UK advocating for womb cancer across all three fronts - research, awareness, and providing information. By donating today, you can make an immense difference as your money will go directly towards funding much needed research into the prevention and early diagnosis of womb cancer, as well as raising awareness and providing information to those affected and their families.
