I am a tattoo artist in Zambia who would like to open a art school here in lusaka africa so that young people may learn art and then venture into ant type of art or painting or tattooing to help reduce the un employment rate, to help the youth stay away from abusing alcohol and drugs because the art will keep then occupied.
