ADHDadultUK is committed to providing support for adults with ADHD. With your help, we can expand our activities to offer more support, tailored advice and resources for adults with ADHD and their families.

Story

Following many years of battling with my mental health, I was eventually diagnosed with ADHD at age 37. Not knowing what my future would look like, I quickly found ADHD adult UK whose support has been invaluable to me.

ADHDadultUK provides support for adults with ADHD (or those with ADHD symptoms) through psychoeducation, an online community and The ADHD Adults Podcast. They hope to be able to support all adults who approach them in need and to build community around - and public awareness of - ADHD.

I am doing the 21 mile 'mighty stride' Edinburgh Kiltwalk in support of this very small charity and hope to raise £1,000 to contribute to their cause.
