Complete the National Three Peaks · 2 June 2023

Student Minds empowers students to build their own mental health toolkit. We also challenge the higher education sector, health sector, and government to make student mental health a priority. Together, we’re improving university communities so that no student is held back by their mental health.

Story

Last year, Homes for Students raised over £14,000 for Student Minds through its Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge. This year, we want to go one better by taking on the National Three Peaks.

The National Three Peaks Challenge involves walking the three largest mountains in Scotland (Ben Nevis - 1345m), England (Scafell Pike - 978m) and Wales (Snowdon - 1085m). We'll be walking the three mountains across three weeks in June to get as many of our team involved with fundraising. Our schedule is:Snowdon - Friday 2nd JuneScafell Pike - Friday 9th JuneBen Nevis - Thursday 15th June

Student Minds is the UK’s student mental health charity. Our goal is to transform the state of student mental health so that all in higher education can thrive. We support students to develop the knowledge, confidence and skills to look after their own mental health, support their peers and create change. We also work collaboratively with institutions, students’ unions and other organisations involved in higher education, supporting them to take a whole-university approach to mental health.
