Alongside me, Karla, Mike, Ashton, Aaron, Ben, Alex, Kyle, Luke and Sagee will be getting muddy, sweaty, and maybe a little bruised to raise money for St. James's Charitable foundation.

You’ll see from the profile picture the last bit of material exercise I did which was almost 15 years ago, so naturally I’m rather anxious about this!
