Having finally dried out from the torrential downpour at the end of the 2023 Great North Run, I'm setting my goals for 2024 and doubling down by joining in, on a 4 Day, 320 Mile Cycle Challenge from Scotland, through Northern Ireland, Ireland, Wales and England.

I first found out about the Carers Centre two years ago after being invited to The Business Breakfast networking group which hires the centre's facilities for their meetings on a weekly basis. Having joined the networking group and attending the meetings I've learnt a lot about the Carers Centre, the dedicated team that work and volunteer there and the wonderful support they offer to unpaid carers of all ages in the Blackpool area.
