The reality of domestic abuse from adolescence through to adulthood is genuinely shocking. Many of you will probably know someone or even experienced it in one way or another yourself.

Oasis Domestic Abuse Service is an incredible charity that goes above and beyond to better the lives of so many individuals, this is why I am trying to raise money for them by running London Marathon 2026 (as well as others).

For several years now, I have had friends and my wife working for this charity, so I get to see first hand what they do for people on a day to day basis.

I am actually planning on running 4 marathons across Europe over the next couple of years (including a 100miile Ultra), so I have started training already. The idea being that the more I commit to the challenge and show how committed I am.... it will encourage more people to donate.
