The challenge:

This is a gruelling 72 holes of golf challenge in one day across both courses at Close House Golf Club, Newcastle in which 8 of us are taking part. There will be no buggies to drive us round !

When:

23rd June 2025, starting at 4am, and ending around 10pm. There will be very little time to stop and rest due to us needing all the sun light we can get to complete the challenge, so it is definitely going to be a long old day.

Anyone who's played these courses knows that this is an undeniably tough challenge, given their difficulty and length/elevation.

Who we're doing it for:

We're raising money for Mind, a charity close to many of the lads in the group. They're an amazing charity that works tirelessly to make sure nobody has to face a mental health problem alone. People need their support more than ever, and demand for their services is growing, so please dig deep and be as generous as you can be - there services are more crucial than ever before !
