I'm donning the walking shoes once again to raise funds for Alzheimer's. My mum (pictured) suffers from Dementia and since my dad died last year I have learnt how difficult life becomes as the condition slowly takes effect.

Whilst I can't help my Mum, raising much needed funds for research and development will hopefully help in the drive towards preventing this debilitating condition in the future.

Alzheimer’s Society are working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. They do this by giving help to those living with dementia today and by providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding ground-breaking research.
