Story
Firstly, thanks for considering supporting my fundraising. For those who don't know, but sadly I know many of you, your families or friends will know, Macmillan gives people with cancer everything they’ve got.
Fundamentally, what they do is take your worries and make them Macmillan’s worries. They literally do whatever it takes. As many of you know, I work in the NHS, but what Macmillan do goes way beyond that and work hand in hand with the NHS. The difference being that without your help, Macmillan can’t support everyone who needs them. This is why I do my small part to try to support them.
I have many motivators for doing this including losing loved ones and cherished friends to Cancer. Sadly, I know there will be others and I want them and their loved ones to be able to benefit from what Macmillan provide. They are my inspiration and sore legs and blisters seem little to ask from me.
I would appreciate your support in raising money for Macmillan and want to push harder than ever so any amount you can offer is gratefully appreciated and I hope you can contribute in some way - even moral support is good.
I use this platform for donating as it is simple, fast and secure. Your details are safe, JustGiving - they'll never sell them or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs.
