AHOY creates opportunities and training for disadvantaged, at risk people, and disabled people. They use the medium of rowing, sailing and water-based activities to break down social barriers and encourage innovative training as a route into employment.

On 11 July, we will be rowing 8.5 miles on the River Thames, from Pimlico to Deptford with a team of 6 rowers per boat. If you'd like to come and watch, we will be passing under the Millenium Bridge at around 18:30 on Thursday.
