The Three Peaks Challenge · 8 June 2024

Brain Tumour Support is dedicated to providing support for patients, families and carers so that no one feels alone facing the effects of a brain tumour diagnosis. We provide individualised and specialist information, guidance and emotional support, at any point and for as long as it is needed.

Story

On Saturday 8th June, a team of 9 climbers and 2 supporting crew from The Lifeboat Inn, Shirehampton, will attempt to complete the Three Peaks Challenge in 24 hours (Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon).

In the UK, 16,000 people each year are diagnosed with a brain tumour, and brain tumours continue to kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other form of cancer. With your help, we hope to raise awareness and funds for Brain Tumour Support, a charity who provide patients, carers, family and friends with specialist support, for as long as it's needed.
