I will be attempting to complete the

Cardiff Half Marathon

Not being a natural runner, and currently 54 years old and 14st, this is going to be a significant challenge for me, as you can probably tell by the photo on my training run this week.

We've all been touched by the scourge of cancer at some point in our lives, and those difficult times would be even more difficult if it wasn't for the incredible support from charities such as Macmillan.

Please help me support them back by raising a few quid ££

My struggle around the course will be in memory of family and friends who have been taken away too early.
