This is my 3rd time taking on a challenge like this—and there’s a reason I keep coming back.
In the UK, clean water is something we barely think about. Yet globally, around 1 in 4 people, over 2 billion people, still don’t have access to safe drinking water.
Even more shocking, more than 1 million people die every year from diseases linked to unsafe water and poor sanitation.
Working in the water industry, I see the effort it takes to make water safe. It’s made me realise just how life-changing—and life-saving—it really is.
That’s why I’m supporting WaterAid—to help bring clean water, dignity, and opportunity to communities who need it most.
If you can, please support. Every donation helps turn something we take for granted into something that saves lives.
WaterAid is an international not-for-profit, determined to make clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene normal for everyone, everywhere within a generation. Only by tackling these three essentials in ways that last can people change their lives for good.
Clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene should be a normal part of everyone’s daily life. Without all three, people can’t live dignified, healthy lives. With all three, they can unlock their potential, break free from poverty and change their lives for good.
