Back in 2022 my mother in law was sadly diagnosed with dementia.

I will be attempting to complete the ‘January 496 Challenge’ to raise money for the Bridgend Dementia Hub. This charity has been a brilliant support to both my mother and father in law in recent years.

The challenge involves running 1Km on the 1st January, 2Km on the 2nd etc, culminating with 31Km on the 31st. This will total 496Km for the month, which is equivalent to almost 12 marathons 💪🏻👊🏻
