Today marks the start of mental health awareness week in the UK.

At Bibby we take mental health very seriously and I am immensely grateful to our network of mental health first aiders and champions.

But we can always do more and I am therefore aiming to raise further awareness as well as funds for the charity, mind, through the ice bucket challenge.
