I've been treated for myeloma since 2016 and have just finished my 5th line of treatment. Although I feel fortunate to be doing well at the moment, I will always continue to have treatment.

This week, I signed up to complete the 13 mile trek through the scenic countryside of West Sussex. This will be on 20th September 2025. The trek supports Blood Cancer UK and the Matthew Wilson Multiple Myeloma fund - with a shared ambition to cure multiple myeloma.

This will be a particularly emotional day for me, as it's on the day of my 22nd wedding anniversary with my Als. I know she will be cheering me on from above.

I promise I'll do a PB. Having never done a half marathon before, I'm feeling pretty confident!
