On the 15th June a team of 6 from the Kenilworth Knackers Cycling Club will be competing… uhmm, participating in ‘Race the Sun’ in The Brecon Brecons. A race which pits teams againt the clock in a triathlon style charity fundraising challenge competing in three disciplines, cycling 36 miles over The Brecons, hiking 9.6 miles up Pen y Fan, and canoeing 2 miles around Pontsticill Reservoir racing the setting sun to be crowned champions, all in the great cause of fundraising for Action Medical, a charity on a mission to save chldren’s lives through medical research, developing treatments, vaccinations and cures.
