I’m walking Hadrian’s Wall!, 20 June 2024
We provide Children's Community Nurses to children with life threatening illnesses

Story

I’m walking Hadrian’s Wall for my Firm's (GWCA Solicitors) chosen charity, The Sussex Snowdrop Trust.

Hadrian’s Wall is iconic. The walk is just over 135km.

The suggested target is to do it in seven days, but I’m planning on doing it in four!

The Sussex Snowdrop Trust is a remarkable charity that provides “Nursing Care at Home” for local children facing life-threatening or terminal illnesses.

They do not receive any government funding, solely relying on public donations and support.

Please see The Sussex Snowdrop Trust's website to understand just what they do for family's and the local community.

About the charity

Snowdrop provides care at home for local children (0-19 years) with a life threatening or terminal illness by our Community Paediatric Nurses, plus emotional and financial help for their families. Our Counsellor provides specialised support and bereavement counselling. www.thesussexsnowdroptrust.com
