On Thursday 27th July, I'm taking part in my 3rd annual Warmley Wheelers Cycle Challenge!

This year, I’ll be cycling 10 miles on a hand crank bike - the furthest I've EVER cycled, ending my challenge at Warmley Wheelers HQ.

Warmley Wheelers provides specialist equipment and a safe, friendly environment to help people with health conditions and supported needs to ride a bike.

I cycle with Warmley Wheelers every week and Warmley Wheelers recently have helped me by making special adaptations to a hand crank bike making it easier for me to get on and off, & cycle comfortably.
