When I finished the Great North Run in 2022 in 1 hour 50 mins and 8 seconds having raised over £1,000 for charity I thought I'd never do it again.

Running is all about motivation. I last ran in Jan '24 and struggled, but when someone you care about has struggled with a disease for 30 years, and you know that war is about to be lost your motivation can soon return.

I hope to raise loads of money for this great charity, whilst also raising awareness of Lymphoma and the importance of early detection.

Although we recently lost them, they had 30 years where Drs successfully treated them, including 20 years when they were directly involved in my families life.

I'm aiming to raise AT LEAST £1,000 and to run it in less than 2 hours having passed the big 40 Milestone. Please give what you can afford to.
