I have been volunteering at the Spa Valley Railway since childhood. This railway and its people have helped me with my career and given me friends for life.

Now, I am leading a campaign to raise £300,000 to replace a bridge critical to our wonderful heritage trains being able to continue running for many years to come.

The Spa Valley Railway is a lifeline for me; it helps support my mental health and wellbeing, and to be honest, I do not know where I would be in my life without it.

I am walking 5 miles on Sunday, 2nd February, to raise money for the replacement of this vital piece of infrastructure, and I would be extremely grateful for your support.
