We are an online peer to peer support service, helping those struggling with their mental health. All of our volunteers have experienced their own battles with mental health and understand what you are going through. When you don't know who to talk to, talk to someone who gets it.

Story

Following the unexpected and devastating suicide of our older brother Jonny, Antony is running an Ironman™️ distance triathlon. This is the utterly nutty challenge of swimming 2.4 miles, then cycling 112 miles followed by running an ENTIRE MOTHER FLIPPIN’ MARATHON.

People are increasingly aware of the mental struggles that so many men in their 40s suffer from but it’s still happening at a terrifying rate.

We’ve lost our older brother, his kids have lost their dad and the repercussions from his death keep on coming.

It’s too late for us to save Jonny but hopefully we can do a tiny bit to raise awareness which may then help someone else to avoid losing their own brother or father.

Jonny’s eldest daughter Emma has nominated the charity My Black Dog (https://www.myblackdog.co/) to be the beneficiary of any money raised.

Any donation will be gratefully received.
