On July 13th i shall be entering my first Ultra White Collar boxing match. I wanted to set myself a positive target each year.

I chose this charity as I believe it's one that every human can associate with.

We can all suffer for just an hour, a day, a week or worse, and if you allow this to build up inside you without any conversation, it will consume you!
