Story
On the 1st of September 2024, our best friend, Natasha ‘Tash’ Read (was Gir) lost her short 10-month battle with stage 4 bile duct and liver cancer, leaving behind her two beautiful children, Alex and baby Elliott and her childhood sweetheart husband, Darren. Tash had a bucket list and visiting the Giants Causeway was on the list she never had time to fulfil. Our friendship group was in the planning stages of a trip to the Causeway before she suddenly passed.
Her 37th birthday would be on the 19th of June, so when we saw that Macmillan had a hike for people living with cancer just 2 days after her birthday and at this amazing bucket list location- we knew we had to sign up and fundraise in her honour.

We have challenged ourselves to take on the Giant's Causeway Mighty Hike to help raise money for people living with cancer.
We would be so grateful if you could help me reach my £250 pledge, which can pay for a Macmillan Nurse for one day. This could provide people living with cancer and their families with essential medical, practical, and emotional support.
There are currently 3 million people living with cancer in the UK today. It's Macmillan's goal to be there for everyone from the moment of diagnosis, but they can't do this without donations from people like you.
Thank you and wish us luck!
