Midlands Air Ambulance Charity play a vital role in providing advanced care, to some of the most unwell patients, in some of the most remote settings. Ensuring this resource remains well-funded by donations will help maintain equipment, keep aircraft fit for duty, and see better patient outcomes as a result.

This challenge I’ve set myself, as a mid-30s bloke with an ambiguous BMI, is difficult by design — So naturally, I want to make sure each and every mile feels worth the struggle!
