Avril Mills BEM, standing next to me in this photo, runs an amazing charity THE DREAM FACTORY which she set up in 2008 in memory of her son Oliver who passed away aged just 9. To date the charity has granted 737 dreams and touched the lives of so many with their incredible work and created beautiful memories often in the most difficult of circumstances.

They desperately need additional funds this year to continue this work and that's where you come in ! So I'm going to do a 24 hour event running a mile every 30 mins for a total of 48 miles !

Obviously this will need a fair amount of training, but frankly there is no time for that, so I'll do it next week instead (Tuesday 18 / Wed 18 February) Please do donate and help spread the word about this amazing charity.

Without raising additional funds future Dreams would have to be turned away and we simply can’t let that happen.
