Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), are a suicide prevention charity. They have loads of tools and resources to help people find the support they need, including a life-saving helpline for people who can’t see a way forward.

As someone who in the past has had issues with life's challenges, I understand the crucial need for organisations like CALM. CALM have strong and active presence in the UK music industry, a sphere close to my heart. I will be walking 100 miles in March to raise money for this wonderful charity.
