In memory of Peter William Edmunds 1931-2025

A fourth generation farmer, Freeman of Llantrisant and lover of ice cream. He was very strong but oh so gentle. A man of few words yet eloquent and sharp witted. He was patient and steadfast, laid-back and unflappable. And frugal, exceptionally frugal, yet generous with his time and help in hours of need.

If he liked you, you would have enjoyed his stories and dry sense of humour. If he didn't like you, he was a formidable adversary. He lead a long, hardworking and healthy life. Cancer came swiftly but he bravely fought that to the end. He will be missed but his strength and sense of humour lives on in us all.
