I'm taking on Thriller in the Villa 2026 to raise money for Autism Initiatives, a charity that provides invaluable support to autistic people and their families. Any support is hugely appreciated.

Thriller in the Villa is a fun event for the Island's community, providing a platform for local fundraising. The event sees local volunteers embrace the challenge of stepping into the boxing ring and raising funds for their chosen charity in the Villa Marina's Royal Hall in Douglas, Isle of Man.

If you know me, you'll know this isn't something I'd normally do. Stepping into a boxing ring is well outside my comfort zone, but taking on this challenge gives me the opportunity to push myself while raising money for a cause that means so much to me.

I have chosen to support Autism Initiatives because autism has always been part of my life. I have autistic siblings, so I have seen first-hand both the challenges they face and the incredible difference that the right support, understanding, and opportunities can make.

Sadly, there are still limited services and opportunities available for autistic people and their families on the Isle of Man. Autism Initiatives works to provide vital support, helping individuals and families access the guidance, opportunities, and assistance they deserve. Supporting a charity that is making a genuine difference was an easy decision.

Training for Thriller will certainly test me both physically and mentally, but knowing that every session is helping to raise awareness and funds for Autism Initiatives gives me all the motivation I need to keep going.

Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help Autism Initiatives continue supporting autistic people and their families across the Isle of Man.
