Story
Thank you for visiting my page❤️
The journey continues…. Fundraising for this great charity has been some of my proudest moments.
250 kilometres. 6 days. One of the toughest footraces on earth.
The Marathon Des Sables isn’t just a race — it’s a battle against the elements, the terrain, and your own limits. Crossing the Sahara Desert in extreme heat, carrying everything you need on your back, with nothing but grit and determination to get you to the finish line.
So why take it on?
Because some battles don’t end when the uniform comes off.
I’m a proud veteran, having served in the Telic conflict in 2003 and 2006 as a Sniper Section Commander. I’ve seen first-hand the strength, resilience, and sacrifice of those who serve — but I’ve also seen how difficult life can become for some veterans once they return home.
That’s why I’m taking on this challenge for Helping Homeless Veterans UK.
No veteran should be left behind. Yet too many are facing homelessness, isolation, and hardship. This is my way of giving something back — of standing alongside those who need support the most.
Every mile in the desert is for them.
Every step is a reminder that we still have a duty to each other.
If you can support in any way, it genuinely means a lot — whether that’s a donation or simply sharing this page.
Thank you ❤️
