Story
Hello there, if you are reading this I already want to thank you for taking time out of your day to visit my fundraising page. When I was younger I lost my brother hours after he was born and not a day goes by where I don’t think about him. Winston’s wish is a charity close to my heart because of all the great things they do to support families at their worst times. I’m running TCS London marathon in memory of my brother and anyone else who has lost loved ones along the way, and raising money for this charity will hopefully help families through the most difficult of times, so if you can please donate anything I would greatly appreciate it.
Every day across the UK, children and young people lose someone significant to them. The death of someone important can be the most traumatic experience a child or young person will ever face.
Winston’s Wish relies on voluntary charitable donations to support children and their families following the death of a parent, sibling or important person. Since 1992, they have helped tens of thousands of bereaved children and young people and, with your help, can help tens of thousands more during the most difficult time of their lives.
