This May I will be joining Regenerate on part of a massive adventure - the Ride 1000!

This will be a huge challenge, taking the group from London, 1000 miles into Europe and through 10 countries, over the Alps, and eventually ending up in Venice 2 weeks later.

I'll be doing it with people from all walks of life, including some of the fantastic young people that have benefited and had their lives transformed by the amazing work Regenerate does.

For me, it will require digging deep and will test my mental strength and perseverance, but Regenerate aims to encourage everyone to dream BIG. I am hoping to help raise awareness of what this charity is about, and raise some much needed funds for them to continue their mission of creating opportunities for young people to thrive.
