Story
Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
As many of you know, the journey to get here hasn’t been easy.
2025 was meant to be the year I completed the marathon, but due to injury, I wasn’t able to finish what I had worked so hard for — despite months of winter training, pushing through weeks, days, and countless hours of preparation.
Missing the event was heartbreaking, but what affected me most was the feeling that I had let down Orchard Vale Trust and the vulnerable people who rely on the vital support the charity provides.
I am incredibly grateful (and yes — some may say very "lucky"!) to have been given the opportunity to take on this challenge again and to continue supporting Orchard Vale Trust. This time, I am determined to finish what I started.
Despite ongoing injuries, I will be running this marathon in April with one clear goal: to complete it for the inspirational people the charity supports. Their strength reminds me how fortunate we are to have the freedom — in both body and mind — to make our own choices. It is a true honour to represent them and to raise funds on their behalf.
Every donation, no matter how small — pennies or pounds — will help make a real difference. Please take a moment to visit the Orchard Vale Trust website to see the incredible work they do and how your generosity can change lives.
Thank you for believing in me and for supporting such an important cause.
