When my dad was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2017, he took part in a number of running events to raise money for cancer research. Following my dad's death in 2018, I took up running and have also taken part in sponsored running events to raise money. In April I ran my first marathon in Manchester to raise money for cancer research to help continue the fight against a devastating disease. Any donations towards the £500 goal are greatly appreciated.
