Race To The Stones 2025 · 12 July 2025 to 13 July 2025 ·

The Maggie Oliver Foundation provides support to adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse and exploitation, empowering them to turn their pain into power. Informed by our work directly with victims and survivors, our exposure of corruption & fighting for justice also continues in earnest...

Story

Time to up the ante 😅 on July 12th I will be running the 2025 Race to the Stones 100k ultramarathon for The Maggie Oliver Foundation. This will entail taking on Britain’s oldest trail and the UK’s biggest ultramarathon along the ancient Ridgeway, racing towards the 5000-year-old Avebury Standing Stones.

The Maggie Oliver Foundation's vision is to create a society where survivors and those at risk of childhood sexual abuse & exploitation (CSAE) are empowered to live fulfilled and successful lives. As a small charity with a BIG mission, every donation really does make a difference in the lives of survivors.

So far the foundation has helped 4,248 survivors since 2019, and provided 765,697 minutes of support since 2021!

I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Maggie for many years. For the past thirteen, she has been a tireless advocate for this cause, and over the last six, she’s built a compassionate, dedicated team that shares her values and determination to make a real difference.

Last time out I ran the 2024 Manchester Marathon for the foundation with a £500 target, so I thought it only made sense to double the target like I am with the distance! Any donations would be greatly appreciated :).

The plan is to take a selfie every 10k, which will certainly provide you with some entertainment in exchange for your donations!
