We’re running a marathon to support those fighting cancer alone – please help us make a difference.

On June 29th, my dad (Wade Davies) and I will be running a marathon in Tenby. With just six and a half weeks to go, we’re stepping up our training and reaching out to ask for your support in raising money for a cause very close to our hearts – Merle’s Wish.

Merle’s Wish is a registered charity that provides emotional and financial support to people battling cancer on their own. Many face huge financial pressures while undergoing treatment, and Merle’s Wish steps in to help with everything from transport to hospital for life-saving care, equipment to support people at home, and personal medical needs.

Recently, the charity has also supported children facing terminal illness, helping ease the burden on their families during unimaginably difficult times.

Whether it’s offering practical help or simply being there, Merle’s Wish makes sure people don’t have to face cancer alone.

This charity was founded with our beloved Mum and Nan, Merle, and continues her legacy by helping others through some of the hardest moments in their lives.

We’re taking on this marathon to challenge ourselves – and, more importantly, to raise as much as we can to support the incredible work of Merle’s Wish. Every donation, no matter how small, will help us reach more people in need.
