We lost my Sister, Amy to mental health in April last year and with my love for the mountains and a good challenge I wanted to do something positive in memory of her.

On the 28th June my good friend, Liam and I will be attempting the 24 hour national three peak challenge!

The challenge involves climbing the highest mountain in England, Scotland and Wales within 24 hour, including travel.
