Will be raising money for Mind charity by doing the 3 Peaks Challenge. The challenge involves climbing the highest peaks of England, Scotland, and Wales within 24 hours, testing both physical endurance and mental resilience. By undertaking this formidable task, we are looking to push our own limits but also draw attention to the critical issues surrounding mental health. Funds raised will go directly to Mind, which help to provide essential services and support for individuals facing mental health challenges. This endeavor not only highlights the importance of mental well-being but also demonstrates a commitment to improving lives and fostering hope for those affected.
